• Volunteers helped shred approximately 1,000lbs of paper at the annual Fountain Hills Friends of the Library (FHFL) Shred-a-thon event held in April 2026.

• In any academic year, FHFL provides up to $24,000 in scholarships for eligible college-age students.

• ​There were 116 participants in the Fountain Hills Library Winter Reading Program sponsored by FHFL.​

• FHFL regularly purchases new furnishings and technology for the Fountain Hills Library. Recent acquisitions include a new children's reading rug for Storytime and a large-screen smart TV used for presentations, programs, and workshops.​

​

• From January through May 2026, more than 300 people attended Fountain Hills programs supported by FHFL.​
